TREASURER Kathy Gibbons 883-6350 Treasurer for all fundraising events including communicating with Event Chair, determining event budgets, supplying needed seed money and training register staff as needed; check writing; reconciles bank statements; maintains computerized accounting program, generates Rancho financial statements and supplies these to the PTA controller monthly; prepares tax information; is involved in annual budgetary process. Processes all accounts receivable and payable and maintains the Profit and Loss ledger.
TREASURER ASST. Lisa Nicklanovich 898-3689 Deposits checks and cash received from all fundraisers. Verifies amounts received and provides documentation to the treasurer for accounting. PARLIAMENTARIAN MJ Lonson 898-8900 Knows and understands National PTA By-Laws. Monitors PTA meetings to insure that they are in compliance with all rules and procedures.

COPY CITY VOLUNTEERS Cindy Hammett 897-1577 Vallerie Arrow 892-1420 Parent volunteers who provide support to all the teachers and administrators at Rancho through coordination of all copies to be used in the classroom or materials to be distributed to Rancho families. All volunteers must be trained at the beginning of the year. COAST TO COAST MARATHON Marianne Hill 892-8112 Shannon Burnham 884-9653 The Coast to Coast Marathon is a program designed to get our Rancho kids moving as well as working together as a team to achieve the goal of “traveling” across the Continental United States and back. Our objective is to virtually run through each of the State capitals along the way for a total of 10,823 miles. Each child will be encouraged to keep track of the miles they walk, run, bike or swim. These miles will be added together to help accomplish the goal of completing the Coast to Coast Marathon.

CURB YOUR CARBON Marla Fields 884-9906 Curb Your Carbon is an effective environmental program for schools that improves understanding about the causes and solutions surrounding global warming while inspiring action to reduce carbon emissions. Program includes assembly, "cancel-a-car" coupon books, energy saving tips, working with recycling team, optional project-based learning classroom activities such as building solar cars, school fundraisers such as selling reusable drink bottles for lunchboxes, and encouraging carpooling, walking and bicycling to school.
